I currently only accept commissions for painting cityscapes and nightscapes in watercolor. I do not accept requests for portraits, still life, animals, or paintings in  styles that differ largely from my body of work.

If there is an existing painting of mine that you like, but you would prefer it in a different size/or if the original is unavailable, I am able to paint a new piece similar to that scene or color tone.

How does it work?

1. Submit an enquiry with the form below, and provide a brief description of what you would like me to create. You can attach images of the scene/environment, and reference to my existing paintings.

2. I will contact you on whether I can accept your request. We may discuss further details, and I will provide a quotation on the proposed commission, the timeframe needed for completing the painting.

3. When we have reached an agreement on the painting design, timeline and details, you can secure your commission slot by placing the deposit. Once deposit is placed, I will then begin the painting process. Due to the nature of watercolor, edits and changes to the painting design are highly discouraged once the painting process has started. Please make sure you are happy with the painting design before you confirm.

4. I will send you an image of the painting once it is completed. Shipping and delivery will be arranged after the rest of payment is received.

Terms of Service:

Placing a deposit means you agree with the terms of service below. 

Revisions: Due to the nature of watercolor, once the painting process has started, changes to the design as previously discussed are highly discouraged. The artist will create the artwork according to the draft and specifications as discussed and agreed upon during the planning stage. The artist may refuse revisions and is not compelled to make revisions that are outside the confines of the artist's style or vision. 

Right to Refusal: The client and the artist both have right to refusal and may cancel the artwork at any time. If the client cancels the artwork, any money already paid to the artist will not be refunded under these circumstances. If the artist cancels the artwork, the client will be fully refunded. 

Usage Rights: The artist retains all copyright of the produced artwork. The artist may share the artwork or related photos, videos of the painting process on the artist's socials, websites, articles, interviews, or any connected sources and media. The client has permission to share the work publicly with proper credit and use it on display for private uses only (ex. in-home). Any reproduction of the work, specifically reproductions that will be used for profit or commercial use, is strictly prohibited. 

Agreement: When the client places a deposit it is considered as agreement with these terms and conditions.
