Shipping costs and duration
Free shipping on all original paintings. This is inclusive of both local (Hong Kong) and international orders. All orders are shipped from Hong Kong, from my studio.
Local orders are shipped via SF Express. International orders are shipped via DHL.
I typically process and pack paintings for shipping within 5–6 business days. I will email you with the tracking number once the painting is shipped.
How long does it take for the painting to arrive after it has been shipped?
Delivery times below are approximate and based on SF Express (local) and DHL (international) shipping from Hong Kong. Actual duration may vary depending on customs clearance, destination location, and other factors.
Country & typical delivery time after it is posted:
Hong Kong: 1-2 business days
Asia: 2-4 business days
UK: 3-5 business days
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 3-5 business days
World: 3-5 business days
Every painting comes with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. All shipments also require a signature upon delivery to ensure the painting has safely reached you.
Customs and Duties
Please note that import taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price. Some countries require payment of these charges before the package can be released. We recommend checking your country’s import taxes and duties before placing an order, as we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs.
If customs holds your package for clearance, shipping will temporarily pause and the parcel may remain in a warehouse. In this case, please contact the courier as soon as possible — it often helps get the process moving again. Once the duty has been paid, your painting is usually cleared for delivery within the next couple of days.

Shipping For ART PRINTS
Free shipping on all orders over 3500HKD. All orders are shipped from Hong Kong, from my studio. Please input your location at checkout to find the exact shipping cost for your country.
Art prints are made to order, and require 7 business days to prepare and production. Afterwards, once I have packed and posted them, I will email you with the tracking number once the painting is shipped.
Local orders in Hong Kong are shipped via SF Express, it will typically arrive within 2-3 days after it has been posted.
International orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post, it will typically arrive within 2-4 weeks.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Please make sure to read the product descriptions carefully. If you have any questions please contact us. We will not assume the cost of reshipping an item that has been sent back as "Return To Sender".
