What’s the difference between HD Fine Art Prints and the other Art Prints?
HD art prints are much larger in size at 76x56cm, they are the same size as the original painting. Printed on Hahnemuhle Fine Art Paper, it is slightly textured to mimic the feel of watercolor paper. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist, with a limited production of 150 prints only. HD prints are made to order and the production time will require 7 business days. Normal art prints come in two sizes, 32x48cm or 16×24 cm. They are printed on 210gsm Art Paper and include a white border. A video of these art prints can be viewed here.
Do the prints and original paintings include framing?
The prints and original paintings are unframed.
I like this painting but I want it in a different size?
If there is an existing painting of mine that you like, but you would prefer it in a different size/or if the original is unavailable, I am able to paint a new piece similar to that scene or color tone. For more information please visit Commissions & Custom Paintings.
Do you do commissions?
I have a few slots available for commissions every month. I currently only accept commissions for painting cityscapes and nightscapes in watercolor. I do not accept requests for portraits, still life, animals, or paintings in styles that differ largely from my body of work.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.
Do you ship internationally
Yes. We ship internationally. Please click “checkout” after adding the products into cart, to see the different shipping options and their cost.
Will I receive tracking details with my order?
Yes. All orders will receive a tracking number and a link to track after the parcel has been posted.
Local Orders includes full tracking. International Standard shipping will include partial tracking, this includes (1) Acceptance at counter; (2) Handed over to the carrier / Left for destination; (3) Arrival at overseas mail processing centre; and (4) Delivered. International Express shipping will include full tracking.
How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take for you to process and ship my order?
We will generally have your order ready for shipping within 2-4 business days. The exception is for HD art prints, which will require 7 business days as they are custom made to order. You will receive an email with the tracking number when the order has been processed and shipped.
How long will it take to receive my parcel?
Local orders may take around 2-3 business days for delivery. International orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on the country. All orders will receive a tracking number. Please note that there may be additional delays caused by Covid-19.
Do I have to pay import taxes?
Import taxes & duties are not covered in the purchase price of your order. Some countries require payment of import taxes & duties to release the goods into your country. Please check your country’s import taxes & duties prior to placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred.
What are your return policies
All sales are final. Please make sure to read the product descriptions carefully. If you have any questions please contact us. We will not assume the cost of reshipping an item that has been sent back as "Return To Sender".
